  • Bookings and subsequent contracts shall be deemed to have been concluded in Arusha, Tanzania and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline any booking without outlining the reasons for it.


  • A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit forms part of the payment for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client/agent.
  • If the full amount is not paid at least four (4) weeks prior to departure, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit shall be forfeited.
  • Clients/Agents booking within four (4) weeks of tour departure are required to pay the full amount immediately to secure the reservation.
  • All bank charges are to be settled by the client or agent respectively. This includes transaction fees charged by our bank.

The amount shown on the invoice is the amount that needs to reflect in our account and should bank charges have been deducted, we would have to invoice you subsequently.


  • For amendments of existing bookings done by the client/ agent (e.g. departure dates, air tickets, accommodation, number of participants etc) a handling fee of 50 USD per booking applies. The handling fee will be charged in addition to the service provider fees.


  • Cancellations must be sent in writing to the office that confirmed the reservation. Cancellations shall only be effective from the date of receipt of cancellation by the booking office. In case of a booking cancellation, the Company shall retain the full deposit.
  • If a booking is cancelled the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
    1. until 4 weeks prior to departure - 30% Cancellation Fee;
    2. 4-2 weeks prior to departure - 50% Cancellation Fee;
    3. 2-1 weeks prior to departure - 75% Cancellation Fee;
    4. less than 1 week prior to departure - 100% Cancellation Fee;
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notification in instances where this is unavoidable. However, in that case the Company agrees to refund all monies already paid by the client. This shall be the Company's sole responsibility to the client and no claim for any damages, howsoever arising, shall accrue against the company.


  • It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and any other documentation required are all in order for the countries to be visited.
  • The Company cannot be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if the client does not attend correctly to the client's documentation and related matters prior to commencement of the tour.


  • At any time, all baggage and personal effects are at the client's responsibility and the Company does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal effects, howsoever arising.
  • Clients are entitled to one bag of not more than 15 -20kg (backpack or soft bag - no hardtop suitcase) and a daypack. The Company reserves the right to refuse excess baggage. Please notice that on our tours and on some "bush" flights other baggage regulations may apply.


  • The client accepts that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve an element of personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of its agents can be held liable in any way for any injury, loss of life or damage to property, howsoever caused. The client hereby indemnifies the Company and will hold the Company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim.
  • The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved.


  • The decisions of the Company's guide/driver on tour shall at all times be final and binding.
  • The client must at all times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.


  • The Company reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising material. The client hereby gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.


  • Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to war, mechanical breakdowns, weather, riots and other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Company may cause delays or alterations to the tour. The Company shall not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.


  • All our prices are based on the current national park fees and taxes. There have been ongoing talks that East African countries will be undergoing changes to tax regulations. Should the authorities decide on increasing fees and taxes, even though they might currently not be scheduled, we would subsequently have to pass on these increases to the client.

6 days Selous and Kilwa Masoko (combined tour)

Selous and Kilwa Masoko combined tour will take you to explore the mighty Selous game reserve for two nights with for both game reserve, boat tour and walking safari. After than proceed to Kilwa Masoko.
Here you will visit Kilwa Kisiwani for the Historia Kilwa tour. The second day in Kilwa visit Songo Mnara and then proceed back to Dar es Salaam. On the 2 night in Kilwa you will get nice time to rest at less crowded beach Hotel in Kilwa.


What to do:

  • Meet your driver at your hotel at 7am and start driving to Selous game reserve via Mkuranga road. The driving can take from 4-5 hours.
  • Upon arrival at Selous check in at Selous Kinga Lodge for lunch and some afternoon rest.
  • Meet your driver at 3pm and proceed with evening boat tour until 6pm at this might Rufiji river one of the biggest and largest river in Africa.
  • Here you will spot some fish eagles, hippos, monitor lizards, crocodiles, elephants and giraffes can as well be seen while drinking water at the river.
  • After some nice sun dawn photos drive back to the lodge.
  • Enjoy your evening dinner while getting some nice reflection from the river.
  • Meals plan: dinner, breakfast and lunch.


What to do:

  • Morning breakfast as from 6am to 7am.
  • After breakfast meet your driver guide and start driving to Selous for full day game drive. On this day your will have chance to explore the mighty Selous Game Reserve one of the biggest game reserve in Africa.
  • Selous is home for the rare wild dogs, elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, wildebeest, many species of antelopes and lions are highly seen here.
  • Stop for lunch at picnic site.
  • Continue with game drive until late noon to start driving back to Selous Kinga Lodge for check in, hot shower, dinner and overnight.
  • Meals plan: dinner, breakfast and lunch.


What to do:

  • Early coffee at 6am.
  • Meet your guide and start driving for walking tour until 9am. This is best time to explore the nature accompanied by feet while by your local guide who is expert of the nature.
  • As from 8.30 to 9am start walking back to your Lodge for breakfast. At 11am start driving at Kilwa Masoko. Lunch will be served on the way.
  • Upon arrival check in at Kimbilio Lodge.
  • Enjoy evening beach walk along the Indian Ocean and then walk back for dinner and overnight.
  • Accommodation at Kimbilio Lodge.
  • Meals plan: dinner, breakfast and lunch.


What to do:

  • Morning breakfast as from 6-7am.
  • Meet your local guide at 8am and proceed to Songo Mnara by motor boat.
  • Songo Mnara is one of the old town which was used by early Persian, Arab, and Portuguese trades. Build on Indian Ocean this is one of the historical site set aside by UNESCO as archeological site.
  • Here you will come across 6 mosques and some old building which were build of corals and mortar. After historical excursion take your boat back to Kilwa Masoko for hot lunch and day rest.
  • Enjoy beach rest.
  • Dinner and overnight at Kimbilio Lodge.
  • Meals plan: dinner, breakfast and lunch.


What to do:

  • Morning break as from 6am to 7am.
  • At 8am meet your local guide and proceed by boat to Kilwa Kisiwani. This is one of both Historical site and Archeological site under UNESCO. The archeologists discovered 99 mosques and some modern palaces. It is believe that Kilwa was a trading centre for Persian, Arabs, Portuguese and British.
  • With help of your guide keep on exploring the beauty and discovery of this old modern town.
  • Later start walking back to take your boat to the mainland for the hot lunch.
  • Enjoy afternoon rest along the beach.
  • Evening dinner at Kimbilio Lodge.
  • Meals plan: dinner, breakfast and lunch.


What to do:

  • Morning breakfast at 7am.
  • Continue with morning beach leisure.
  • Meet your driver at 10am and start driving to Dar es Salaam.
  • Drop at your Hotel.


Ferry one way, flight return from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar, safari jeep 4WD with open roof for game drive, English speaking driver guide, accommodation as specified, 3 meals in a day, bath towels, nature walking safari, transfers to your hotel.
